After being let down by another supplier we needed a drum quickly, this original HP drum arrived next day and worked as advertised.

Dont mess with any cheaper copies, this will get rid of all those marks, lines and blobs and give you clean profession results every time.

Short and Sweet - does what it says on the box, not seeming to last as long as they used to (around 4/5 months now) but that may be because we are printing more full coverages pages, but for standard letters etc last's quite a while (up to 7/8 months in small office environment). We have tried compatible versions and have not noticed much difference although we may get a couple more weeks out of the original that the compatible.
