Product Description

The Power Club brings the ancient art of Indian Club training right up to the 21st century as we proudly present the long-awaited machine spun steel variant of this amazing training tool. For MMA competitors, your increased grip strength and grappling will scare and amaze your opponents - they are also great for any rotator cuff niggles! For those of you into racket sport and golf your fellow players will think you have a bionic arm and for rock climbers the carryover from increased forearm endurance, hand strength and finger strength will mean those graded climbs you struggle with slowly fall until you can run up them like Spiderman!

Well made clubbells. I took the route of light clubbells to ensure I develop good technique first. Though I train regularly, getting used to the forces of the clubbells takes a little time so 2kg is fine.

They're a good investment as I'll use them to warm up and learn technique on new exercises, as well as for routines for mobility.

Definitely worth it.

I have several sets of powerclubs or clubbels as they are often called.

These are really awkward to use. They are very thin at the base making them hard to grip correctly and are so short that they are not well balanced. In retrospect, wooden clubs would probably be better at this weight as the density of steel means they need to be very short.

Unless you are very small, I would avoid.

These clubs are amazing 2kg (4lb ) might seem light to a bigger stronger person but once you start moving then you feel the real burn in your back shoulders and wrists a good staring weight if possible try to find 1lb ones the clubs are gloss black iron there is a possibility of chipping so be carful overall it's a worth wild piece of fitness equipment

good solid starting clubs for an unfit fellow looking to swing again. Cold, black, mean looking don't be a dumbbell pick up a club.

I don't have a lot of upper body or wrist strength and so the sleek design of these clubs is perfect for me. I only wish they made 1kg clubbells also.
Extremely fast delivery.
