Not much one can say on these. They are the real thing and work extremely well with no problems whatsoever. Only once did I purchase compatible cartridges which ended up in an inky mess!! It's better to pay the extra and have the original HP cartridges and you know what you are getting. My printer in now almost ten years old and is still going strong. HP printers are like good work horses and deserve the real thing. Would definitely recommend these cartridges and they are cheaper on Amazon than anywhere on the high street.

Got faulty ink and no refund 25 May 2011

I thought i was getting a great deal on HP ink which as most of you will know is very expensive.
When i got it through the door however it was not sealed in boxes, it was just in the paper wrapper.
I then put it into my printer and it automatically printed the test page and there were lines all over the top of the page, i thought this may be a one off and tried again but twenty pages later my pages were still being ruined by this ink. I took it out to check and also noticed that it was out of date.
I emailed the customer service people asking for a refund and they seemed desperate not to give me it and make it very difficult for you to get one.
I have still not received a refund and i am stuck with faulty ink meaning i will have to spend MORE money on ink than if i had just bought it out of asda or tesco in the first place.
Not at all impressed with the product or the customer service.
Avoid these people and buy your ink from somewere reputable

The add looks good and they are the large cartridges in the add. However, they sent me the small ones first time. I wonder if other people would have noticed??? So, I rang them and did not get an appology but sent them back freepost for replacement. They then sent me 2 black cartridges! Absolutely, hopeless. Now I have to send these back. I wouldn't bother if you simply want to buy something and get it first time.
