Forget no pain, no gain. Brilliant video. Speaking as a person with two worn discs and after following doctor and hospital advice for 15 years, most of my joints had seized up almost completely and subsequently I had gained weight (especially now entering my 50's), I had given up all hope of ever helping my back and neck problems and regaining something of my former figure, I accepted that I could never find an exercise programme to help myself without adding pain and strain to my joints. I was a little sceptical and frightened at first to do the stretching but this video does not lie !! Without any jolting of the joints and with a bit of practice to do them correctly I noticed the difference after only a few hours and within a couple of weeks had reduced my hips down by half an inch. You really do get addicted and without any special equipment, jumping around or even leaving the house, what could be better. Get out there girls and try this on for size !! Well done Callen.
