I bought an HP all in one printer aware of the fact that it would be cheap but printing supplies not. What I did not expect was that every second printer cartridge would fail. And this is with original HP print cartridges bought of Amazon or HP direct ! Message on the printer: 'printer cartridge failed' or 'not original HP cartridge'. First: the stuff is really expensive and second then it doesn't even work? You must be kidding me HP. Trying to find a number at HP's website to call is a nightmare, there are so many different help-lines and it is absolutely unclear which one to call. A real big corporate mess. When I finally got trough someone (presumably in India given the accent and background noise), the guy took all my details, made me give the printer number, cartridge number, wipe the cartridge, restart the printer and so on and so on. He then concluded he couldn't help and would send a replacement cartridge. That never happened. He also wouldn't give his name (as usual, but he had my address and everything, so could have pursued identity fraud with no additional effort at all). HP? Never again, sorry. Ah, and btw: yes, the printer also jams, and it is almost impossible to get it right as the internal parts where the paper gets stuck are not accessible at all. Also there is no dustcover for the paper, so everytime you print the top-paper full of dust will soil the printheads and internal parts of the printer. No really, what a piece of bad engineering (and that's a euphemism, I would have liked to say something else).
