Book Description

You want to be an accomplisher? Perfect! It all starts with how your day looks like.

Organize Every Day will teach you a fast and proven-to-work, easy way to go to a joyful, proudly productive, goal accomplisher. The 'secret' lies in how you plan and organize your days. Yes, that is all it takes. And no, those people you know and see ticking goal after goal on their lists do not necessarily had more opportunities or advantages as you and certainly do not have more than 24 hours on their hands to get things done.

More About the Author

Can Akdeniz is regarded as one of the most inspiring business authors of our time. His books address an array of important business topics from general topics like productivity to more specific topics like the value of being seen as a "cool boss." In addition to running the acclaimed online business magazine businesshacker.co, Can has released numerous books that have collectively changed the way people think about business and achieving success.

One of his first books, MBA 2.0 is an invaluable resource for practical business training. MBA 2.0 addresses recent business innovations in a way that many business schools do not, while also offering valuable insight into the future of business.

Another of Can's early works, Cool Boss, explains how being a cool boss can be an asset to your company's bottom line. It explains what bosses have been gamechangers and why their techniques have been so successful - so if you're starting a business or moving into a leadership position, Cool Boss is a highly relevant primer. In a similar vein to Cool Boss, Happy Company discusses the traits of companies that are great places to work. Akdeniz shares 14 strategies for making your own company a happy company.

Another popular release by Can is The Art of Hacking, which discusses the history of innovation, from Da Vinci to Steve Jobs. Also popular on the topic of innovation is Go Nuts, which deals with creativity and innovation.

One of Can's most recent releases is 9 Foundations for a Successful Career, which is a guide for reaching success at any stage of your career, whether you're at the start of your business career or well into your career and simply looking to switch jobs or industries.

CEO School is a compilation of 125 incredibly valuable pieces of advice from 25 of the world's top CEOs. Another of Can's recent releases, the book has proven to be immensely popular already.

Productivity Masterclass is a popular and helpful guide toward increasing your productivity. Every minute spent reading this book will pay off ten-fold in the increased productivity you will gain.

Kill the Normal is about revolutionary designs. It is not, however, geared specifically toward product designers; instead, Kill the Normal is a celebrated guide to learning how to think in a revolutionary manner. Whether you're reading for the historical overview of innovation design or to learn how to implement such innovative thinking in your own life, Kill the Normal has something for every reader.

5.0 out of 5 stars So useful for the disorganized 19 Sept. 2014
By Chloe H
Format:Kindle Edition
I needed a good organizational guide because I'm not organized by nature. I'm also impatient, so I really liked that this book got straight to the point and gave me good sound advice and helpful tips on building a strong foundation for being organized. The book has seven simple steps toward getting yourself to organization.

Organize Every Day really emphasizes proactivity and working smarter, not harder. I've read a few of Can Akdeniz's books and this one is one of my favorites. I'll be using its tips for years to come.

Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
In retrospect, I do wish I'd looked how few pages this book had before purchasing. I honestly thought it was a leaflet, on realising it wasn't, I was then convinced I must just have paid a few pence and have revisited the site to check. Gosh, suprised it qualifies as a book as it's so thin!

Disappointed. It isn't an amazing way, it's a very short book that contains nothing really. Total waste of money. I wish I could get a refund

5.0 out of 5 stars Concise and helpful 28 Aug. 2014

Organize Every Day: An Amazing Way to Get the Most Out of Any Day is a concise, straightforward and helpful guide about the principles of organization. The book offers seven basic principles of becoming more organized and maintaining that organization and expounds upon the benefits of each one and how to efficiently add them to your routine.

I particularly enjoyed this book's reminder to reward yourself and not to overwork in trying to do extra to "catch up". It explains that doing so will only lead to more stress and developing a habit of always working from behind, as it were. Very helpful principles here.
