Arrived promptly, a good little machine but there is not an ON/OFF switch, it is activated by the pressure you apply which evently makes your wrist ache! But it did relieve the pain in my knee and elbow, also great for the leg muscles. It has now packed up working, I have just requested a replacement purely because it is compact and will give it a second chance. If the replacement stops working look for my updated review!
