How many have a tail? How many legs do they have? What colour are they? The puzzles are made from thick, sturdy, recycled board, so they won't bend or break, and the chunky pieces have a wipe-clean surface. The pieces are easy for young children to handle. The puzzles are colourful and very appealing, and are aimed at toddlers from about 18 months old. I bought this set for my 16 month old daughter, who loves it. She can't yet manage to put the puzzles together herself, but she enjoys picking out matching pieces, having me guide her hand to put the pieces together, then naming the animal and making its noise. I'm sure in no time she'll be putting it together herself. A great buy, with appropriate age guidance.

I bought this set of 2 piece puzzles for my 20 month old and she loves them. The pieces are nice and chunky and easy for little hands, they don't bend or break and the images are also good quality - they don't rip or scuff as has happened with some other puzzles we've tried. She finds them endlessly satisfying to put together and plays with them almost every day. They're good for hand/eye co-ordination and we use them to learn about animals and the noises they make. They also do Jungle and Pets collections.

I bought these jigsaws for my 18 month old and he really liked them. They are great, as in comparison to some similar products, these animals are all the correct colours and look like the proper animals. The puzzles are really useful for practising animal sounds and learning the basics of puzzles. My son, now 20 months, gets the puzzles out of the box himself and can put them all together without help, so it is a great little activity to keep him entertained for a few minutes. The product is also very durable. None of our pieces have been bent or damaged yet!
