I purchased this item and it was delivered promptly to Spain where I live. The number that Orange gave was "not assigned to a client". It took me three long phone calls to orange customer services in order register the sim card. There was no telephone number on the document that accompanied the card so I had to ask Orange what the number was. I bought the card for use in the UK when I return to visit. I do not know if it has the £10 credit that was advertised with it as I have not yet returned to UK to try it out. Fingers crossed eh?
