Ultimate 3D Projection Solution
Full 3D, HD Ready
With direct support for Blu-ray 3D™ players, 3D broadcast signals like Sky3D and 3D games from the Sony® PS3 and Microsoft Xbox 360; the GT750 generates greater than 300” 3D projected images to create an experience that is not possible with the smaller screen of a 3D TV. Larger images will fill your peripheral vision, emphasising the effect of 3D and maintaining the utmost image clarity with a 720p resolution.
Compatible with Blu-ray 3D™, Sky3D and 3D Sony® PS3 and Microsoft Xbox 360
Huge Images in Small Spaces
With the advent of motion controlled gaming from the Playstation®3 Move, Xbox 360 Kinect and the Nintendo Wii, gamers need to be on their feet more than ever. This may have been a problem in the past, as some projectors were positioned behind the player causing an on-screen shadow.
The GT750 has a “short-throw” lens, which means you can get up to a 120” image from less than 2 metres away from the screen or wall. Having the projector closer to the screen leaves more space to move around when playing the Nintendo Wii, Xbox Kinect and PlayStation®3 Move and eliminates the shadow that might have made your motion-controlled gaming impossible. Motion-controlled gaming aside, having a short throw lens also allows you to watch films and sport in rooms that would have previously not been able to facilitate a large projected image size.

3D Movies, 3D Gaming, 3D Sports
3D setup is simple with the GT750. There are no additional 3D adapters required to produce a 3D display, as Full 3D technology is built into the unit as standard. You will however need a 3D source and some 3D content, for example: Sony® PS3 with 3D firmware downloaded and a 3D game.
Once these are all powered up you simply connect the source to the projector via HDMI cable. Optoma recommend using “High speed” HDMI cables, the quality of the 3D image produced may depend on the length and quality of a HDMI cable. Once this is complete, you simply switch on a pair of Optoma DLP® LinkTM 3D Glasses – which are sold separately.
3D content for films, gaming and sport has now started increasing, but it has also started improving. More 3D football broadcasts appear every season and the camera angles now in place maximise perspective and show a true to life depth within the stadium – the next best thing to actually being in the stands.
As for gaming, turning 3D was a natural progression; immersing the gamer has always been the main objective for any game developer and now with the major console manufacturers on board, even the biggest titles in the gaming world will be supporting 3D. Likewise for film producers, the popularity of 3D films in the cinema is increasing and so is the amount of 3D Blu-ray™ discs. The GT750 allows you to enjoy the same jaw-dropping 3D cinema experience in the comfort of your own home, now in fantastic High Definition.
Easy to connect, 3D straight from source
Powerful 10 Watt stereo speakers are built into the GT750, which make spontaneous film screenings and gaming sessions either at home, or at a friend’s house really convenient; extremely portable in comparison to other AV solutions. Though, you’re not limited to 10W, with an Audio Out connection you can hook the GT750 up to a subwoofer and add that extra bass, essential for replicating a cinema experience.
No need for additional audio, 10W speakers built-in
For use in ambient lighting
The GT750 has 3500 ANSI lumens of brightness providing enough light for a gaming session in a room with ambient lighting. Designed to be used in the same way as your conventional TV, the high brightness of the GT750 can be used for television and film watching on a frequent basis, providing detailed images at 3000:1 contrast ratio.
Exceptionally bright and detailed images
Unlike competing technologies, DLP® from Texas Instruments uses millions of tiny mirrors to maximise the available light output, while the inherent speed and high ANSI contrast work simultaneously; eliminating crosstalk, to create a vivid and compelling 3D experience.
