bodybuilding supplements are always a tough one to judge. how do we know if they really improve us or whether we would have been like that already due to our hard work at the gym recently?
there are products i do notice differences with, and for muscle mass its the fast digesting carb, dextrose. straight after a workout.
anyway, so i tried this glutamine, due to recommending articles in flex mag and then from the bodybuilding.com supp awards winners. but i cant say i noticed anything much from these. and whats more is its been a while since i ran out and my gains seem better now on the basics than when i was on this stuff.

and also as a finally word... if your new to bodybuilding and you want size. forget the isolation moves/the burners... get on compound moves... nothing will improve your overall size more.
