This is my first ever scope and you'll have to read my review with that in mind.
I think this scope is OK, in the 15-end it's brilliant, some problems arise at the 45-end. I find it very hard to get a sharp focus at 45 times of magnification and at low light condition you don't see much at that end.
Apart from that I think it gives you good value for your money. I mounted mine on a higher camera-mount to be able to use it standing on the floor so I haven't even tried the one in the package.
