I do alot of skateboarding with my mates and when we started to get better we filmed a bit of it. As time goes on and we get more keen, i decided to invest in some new equipment. I bought a new camera (Fujifilm Finepix HS10) but i needed a handle for low angle shots. This handle is amazing! Even when i run with it in my hand alongside my skating mates it is still incredibly steady. My camera is quite heavy so maybe that helps, but never the less it is awesome and i truly recommend it!

This is no good for walking/moving your self with camera, the handle as a another reviewer has pointed out, is to flexible and bounces about. It is good for getting low angle shots or pans, and will be useful for that, but don't expect a stedi-cam type result from this it's not even close. I will be posting my test walk with this on youtube, can't seem to post video reviews here.
Also, had to add a 2KG divers weight to the bottom, to give it some mass, with camera alone, it's far too light. 2.5 stars really, as it's fairly cheap, don't expect too much though.

If you own any Canon products that have a 'mini accessory shoe' this product is a great way to get round it. i got this and a Rode video mic and it was still cheaper than buying a Canon mic (that can not then be attached to a boompole or used on a non Canon camera etc)
i found the lack of weight at the bottom of the grip a slight problem however i worked round this by using an extra long life battery (which is three or four times the size of the battery the camera came with), this gave the camera the extra weight needed to make the grip steady.
This is worth having :)

Stabilizing not amazing!
I wouldn't say this item makes a huge difference in stability, hardly used this item, as I was not greatly satisfied with it.

Actually really stable while filming even on a skateboard, lightweight and dslr cameras fit great. The handgrip is comfy and the hand grips as it should.
