Diamond-cut from crystal-clear, water-white optical glass, Opteka lenses are ground and polished to a precise precision. Because all Opteka lenses are designed and manufactured with the highest possible degree of consistency, you can swap lenses mid-shoot with no discernable variation in color or effect. The unprecedented purity, color saturation and repeatability of Opteka lenses virtually eliminate the need for lab color timing corrections caused by other lenses. Was a bit dubious about the quality based on the price, but this lens gave superb images with my dad's HD camcorder. Lens fitted very nicely with the supplied adaptor and is easy to store in the leather pouch that comes with it.
Used last week on a snowboarding holiday to get some fantastic clips of boarding, skiing and sledging.
Highly recommended.

Brilliant little lens. Nice and cheap. Has a few adapters on it but worked fine for my 30mm thread.
No bordering on the edge of the screen when fully zoomed out. I've had the lens for 10 months now and love it.
