The OPRO Shield mouthguards are the worlds most advanced boil and bite self-fit mouthguards. The bronze level has a high protection entry-level design and is a one material mouthguard with 11 self-forming fins that break down for the best fit. The bronze level mouthguard comes with a protective case and a mini CD with full fitting instructions.It is suitable for all contact sports and for ages 7 and above. Once opened Mouthguards cannot be returned. If damaged, the mouthguard should not be worn and replaced immediately.

I bought these gumshields for my son and daughter aged 10 and 12. After several attempts at boiling and moulding them they have ended up in the bin. They collapse when heated and it proved extremely hard to get my children to bite down on them with the necessary force when the gumshields were so hot. I have now 'upgraded' to Shock Doctor Gel Max V 2.0 which, although more expensive, were moulded to a perfect fit at the first attempt.
Tryed boiling and moulding these did not work they just collapse and dont stick bad product stay away ive bought the tapout ones instead which hopefully are better quality.
When I missed the postman with my opro gold, I picked up one of these as a last-minute substitute so I would at least have something for training. Having now used both I can say the difference is amazing. The bronze is hard and tough to bite into when heated, you have to mold it two or three times to get it to shape, and it just plain hurts. The gold molds easily and softly to your teeth on the first bite.
I understand the silver and gold models in the opro range are made of totally different materials to the bronze, so my advice would be even if you're after something cheap it's well worth spending the extra couple of pounds to upgrade to silver. You truly will not regret it.

I have a custom-made mouthguard. (opro) also. I found myself without it for a while so made do with their Bronze Protection creation. Read more

I wouldnt recommend them for children
This is the 3rd year we have bought an oproshield mouth guard for my 11 year old and havent got one to work yet.

does what it says on the tin
very good, simple cheap protection. does what it says on the tin. can breath easily whilst in which is what i was wary about
