Not what I expected!,

This book isn't by Oprah herself despite being described as such. It's an interesting review of her life with useful references to what she's achieved and how she's perceived by people in the television world and the media but if you're looking for an autobiography (as I was), don't be fooled because this isn't it.
Having said that, it's a nice enough book but with references 'not endorsed by Oprah' all over it, it isn't very inspiring!

This was okay, but I got it as a gift and would not purchase it myself. It is basically a collection of magazine articles and gets pretty redundant. It isn't authorized or endorsed by Oprah or her company, and looks to be a shallow collection of reiterations of the same things. If you love Oprah, you already know everything in this book :-).
