Very disappointed with this book. I've been a hobbyist in bodybuilding for 20+ years and although some of the info may be useful, I couldn't get past the bad spelling and grammar - very tough to read, like it was translated from a foreign language. I guess this is what happens when you rely on spell check to do the work for you. The author doesn't seem to have the information laid out in a concise manner and reading it is like listening to someone ramble on-and-on. I wish I read a sample 1st!
