4.0 out of 5 stars I would recommend this manual 11 May 2013
By Faye - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
It got me off to a good start with the conversion from another program. The text and examples are clear and easy to understand. The thing I like best is that it starts at the beginning and progresses from there, which is not something I could say about other manuals I have studied. I have little interest right now in discussions of advanced procedures; what I need to know is which key to punch next to make progress, and this manual tells me that exactly.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not for a Beginner. 5 April 2013
By Louis - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Does not have an index so it is difficult to find an answer for a specific problem or concern. Also not for a beginner. If you're looking for a book to walk you through the basics this book is not for you.
2.0 out of 5 stars Not goog enough! 9 Jan 2014
By robert a monette - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
This guide is little better than: OPEN OFFICE FOR DUMMIES that I already have studied. I was looking for something more comprehensive. I'm a little past the beginner stage, but still need guidance.
