Britney is re-releasing her second album 'OOPS' in the UK this time with 2 new bonus tracks and an enhanced section with the lucky video and 'OOPS I DID IT AGAIN' live! 'HEART' is a lovely slow ballad and drips britney's sweetness, where as 'YOU GOT IT ALL' is more of a mid-tempo song with out her infectious beats found in her famous singles. But the album has great ballads such as the ehart warming 'WHERE ARE YOU NOW' and 'DEAR DIARY' (which britney co-wrote herself!) As well as the singles 'LUCKY' and 'OOPS I DID IT AGAIN' there's the fabulous Backstreet boys style 'STRONGER' the RnB tinged 'DON'T GO KNOCKING ON MY DOOR' as well as a ballad written by mutt lange entitled 'DON'T LET ME BE THE LAST TO KNOW' All songs on here are great, and there's a mix of styles, from the happy pop of 'ONE KISS FROM YOU' to the infectious chourus of 'LUCKY' to the big beats of 'STRONGER' to the sweet ballads like 'GIRL IN THE MIRROR' So if you already have this album 2 new songs and a video aren't really an incentive to buy it again but if you have not got the album make sure you go buy this new re-released version as it's pure britney POP!

This album is a must for your record collection. There is a wonderful mixture between up-tempo numbers and ballads.

"Oops!...I did it again" starts the album in a great way, but even you weren't that keen on it, you'll definately be tapping your feet to the infectious "Stronger"....You have to respect the real attitude shown in "Don't go know my door"!

The cover of "I can't get no satisfaction" is done stylishly and is flawless really. ...Luckily.....there are no more "Soda Pop" tracks on this album....thank god!...and we edge into the fantastic "Don't Let Me Be the last to know"...It is sung beautifully and is my favourite track on the album....

"Other highlights include "What U see (Is what U get)" which has a stomping beat and chorus. There's "Lucky" of course and the marvellous "When your eyes say it". Anybody who has ever doubted Brit's vocal talents should be ashamed of themselves as they hear her belt out "Where are you now" in fine style.

This is an amazing album...Every track is fantastic and proves so badly that Britney is just the girl whp sang "baby one more time". Absolutely fabulous.

This is perhaps the most puerile dribble I have heard. What it has is a seductive, strong drumbeat, hypnotically sucking the listener into a morass of silliness. Some of the lyrics are almost funny in their awkwardness, and verge on illiteracy.
"My friends say you're so into me
And that you need me desperately
They say you say we're so complete"
Worse yet is the cover of the Jagger/Richards "(I Can't Get no) Satisfaction", which is full of vocalized wiggles and oooh ahhh uhhhs in a girlish whisper.

Without the heavy percussion, and the electronic effects, one is left with practically a vacuum; one that has been polished, packaged, rehearsed, and sold as "music".
There should be a new category for stuff like this. Maybe somewhere between "Books", "Music" and "Kitchen" we could have "Rubbish".
The booklet insert has extensive recording info, some of the lyrics, and lots of "cute" photos. The sound is lavish, and the total time 44'35 minutes too long.
