Having accidentally come across the first Three Days Grace CD whilst looking for 3 Doors Down i was not disappointed as it was laden with good heavy riffs courtesy of a drop d tuning and great vocals without the screaming!! One-X continues this theme and shows they have lyrically progressed and can still write some great songs - there isnt a bad track on this CD. If you like Creed, Alter Bridge, Die Trying then you will love Three Days Grace - Buy this CD you wont be disappointed!!

I've been listening to Three Days Grace for 3 years now and they mean alot to me - they actually got me into the alternative rock scene and am so glad they did. I first heard 'Pain' and was hooked.
This album is the best alternative-rock/metal I've ever listened too - most of the songs are actually to do with Adam Gontier (lead singer) painkiller addiction and how he coped with it and it is very emotional and all of the songs have many meanings.
I love all of their songs but this album, is by far my favourite from them. 5/5 Love them.
