We purchased this product purely for its price. As we don't really use our landline phone too much, this seemed like the perfect item! It works brilliantly and has some amusing tune like ringtones too. I will recommend this to everyone i know.

I bought this phone on the basis of previous good reviews, however, there are a couple of knock-backs which buyers should be aware of:
The supplied Chinese made rechargeable batteries were useless. Decent replacements will help.
The recharge facility on the base unit doesn't cut out when the batteries are fully charged with the phone left on the unit. I have contacted OneTel's help line but haven't received a reply to my query on this as to whether it's safe to leave it on the cradle (obvious place for it as with my previous phone.)
The phone's OK with good features but I find this issue disappointing hence only 3 stars.
