Natalie and Christo worked together 3 years ago briefly and the electricity between then was so intense with just one glance you could feel it. 3 years ago she read his signals and waited for him in his bed only for him to chuck her out.

Humiliated she obviously thought she misread his signals and now tries to avoid him. Only her mother works for him and has asked Natalie to house sit only to come face to face with Christo again.

This time he cant resist and is always drawn to her and they end up having a fling with no promises as he has stated to her he would not offer her anything more than what they have. She accepts and takes as much as she can because she loves him.

Natalie has her own business "rent a wife" agency helping people in situations and Christo has asked Natalie to help in the office while his mum is away first and then to go back and visit his dying grandmother who's wishes are to see her grandchild happy and settled so she does. Christo is battling with his feelings all the time.

Loved Natalie, such a strong and caring character patient and willing to wait and help and understand Christo and why he is the way he is. Christo in the end realizes he needs to take chances. A good story and enjoyed reading.
