I was having trouble getting digital TV channels. I messed around with various supermarket cheapies without success then saw the positive reviews on Amazon and bought one. All the problems have been consigned to history thanks to this excellent product. A minor gripe is it looks a bit 60's, but that's all.

Plugged this in to the mains and freeview box. Made sure it was set to its highest amplification and scanned for channels. Found every freeview channel easily and displayed them vividly with no signal problems, intermittent viewing. For the record I live in London. Highly recommend.

I really struggled to pick up Digital tv using an analogue indoor aerial. I was successful in only picking up the BBC channels. I bought this digital aerial from amazon and the first good point is it arrived extremely quickly. Another good point is that I now pick up all the available digital channels. However I must stress that the reception on these channels varies, with ITV and channel 4 channels being pretty poor. A down side to the aerial is the fact it looks like something from ET when fully extended, primarily because the antenna stretch upwards and outwards to form a large 'V' shape on my television.

So in summary the in door aerial is the best I have used, it has given me all my channels but to varying reception. I would recommend getting an outdoor aerial if this is possible. I had that fitted for my downstair TV and that works a treat. :)

Last ditch effort at getting daughters bedroom tv to work, had tried so many ariels, boosters etc that was on the point of getting an external ariel fitted. This arrived promptly and with very little fuss or setting up gave a superb picture on all 5 terrestrial channels. Excellent product that far exceeded performance of several rivals who could not match signal or the fact we were able to tuck this ariel away unobtrusively in a corner.

We have never been able to pick up Channel 5 until I plugged in this aerial. I am very pleased with this product.

I recently decided to take the risk an try this indoor aerial to improve my freeview and analogue reception. I was absolutely impressive by its performance. The analogue quality was significantly improved (channel five was non-existent before and clear), and the digital channels worked with minimal disruption.

One thing to note it that the aerial was able to work without the additional power supply if your TV/DVD/Digital Tuner can accommodate this fuctionality. This is quite useful as the additional cord and power is not required.

We recently moved to a flat where the communal aerial has been condemned. Intense frustration was experienced when our up to the minute TVs with built in DVB frequently reported No Signal. Frustation that was exacerbated by the unwillingness of the factor to address the problem!! In desperation we bought 2 of these aerials and are amazed that we are now receiving full signal on ALL channels on both sets. WE are impressed!

This aerial works a lot better than my Technika amplified aerial I bought for £10 previously. Testing them one after another, the signal strength on BBC 1 went from 55 to 80. Plus with this aerial it now picks up 72 channels opposed to 24 with the Technika.

Most of the channels with the Technika weren't watchable, whereas the opposite is now true. Although as seemingly with all indoor aerials (and Freeview in general) the reception can worsen for no apparent reason.

I've given it 4 stars since I still can't pick up channel five and the reception isn't always sufficient on some channels, but this is quite possibly just due to rubbish reception in my area and/or the limitations of an indoor aerial. Overall very happy with my purchase.
