Amazon Verified Purchase
I put this into my LG DVD player and it got to the menu screen then stopped working. I then put this into my LG Blu-Ray player and it didn't even start working. Other reviewers have complained about the same problem, and unfortunately I did not listen and decided to take a punt, DOH.
What I really don't understand is how a lens cleaner can work on some makes of DVD / Blu-Ray player and not on others, I don't have DVDs that will only play on certain makes of DVD / Blu-Ray player (there aren't Panasonic or Sony only DVDs!).
That aside, I had never purchased a lens cleaner before, it is really just CD with some very small brushes stuck to it. Even if it had worked, it isn't worth the price.
The item is now on its way back to Amazon.

This cleaner wrecked my ps3 it now doesn't read discs. Sounded like my machine was taking off with this disc in the drive.
Please don't put this cleaner anywhere near a blue ray drive. Especially ps3.
Oh and don't tell Sony cause it will null your warranty.
So basically don't use a blue ray cleaner to clean your ps3.

The product arrived in record time but the product itself did not impress me much as it took seconds to finish its duty and my dvd is still messing up. There is not too much in way of information as to how the product is supposed to clean your dvd and a lot of features on it whose functions are not very clear.

Scrubba dudba disc
It probably works well if the machine requires clensing; but we found that the problem with our bluray and DVD players was the playing of a few clapped out DVDs from Love Film. Read more

Works but not on all players
This is an excellent cleaning disc when it works. Unfortunately it did not work with my LG BD550 blu-ray player, just giving a blank screen. Read more
