I have both of these films, and must say they are so far apart in content to give whoever buys this double dvd a real treat. "Once a Upon a Honeymoon" is a typical Cary Grant comedy, with lots of laughs, a perfect screwball comedy. Ginger Rogers is perfect as the woman who wants to go up in the world, but picks the wrong man to help her do this. Cary Grant plucks her out of trouble, but I will not spoil the rest of this film for those who buy it.
"In Name Only" is drama of the very best, which isn't something you would think of when you remember Cary Grant and his films. He acts his socks off as does Carole Lombard in this beautiful love story. Only remember, this tale is set in a time when phyiscal wasn't seen in films. It is a gentle love affair, spoilt by a vengeful wife. But buy the dvd and find out how both stories pan out.
