This book is great. Really informative and enjoyable to read. I learnt so much more about the customs and ways of Sicily. I would recommend this book to anyone wishing to travel to Sicily armed with a bit of an insight into Sicilian culture.

This book, while not published recently, gave me a real perspective on what it would feel like to be an American living in Sicily. When I visited the island, I really appreciated the topography, farms, etc. because of the insight this book had given. It is also an easily readable book.
