I buy this book each year and it is always worth the wait, as it often does not show up until late spring. It provides a comprehensive listing of usa art museums and has concise and pithy comments about the strengths of a collection. She is not shy about saying some museums are must sees and this saves me a lot of time. Having also reviewed a fair number of museums, I find her to be quite accurate about this. But don't take my word for it-buy the book and check it out yourself!
