The R2 wrist blood pressure monitor offers comfortable, quick and accurate blood pressure monitoring. This wrist unit includes Intellisense technology to ensure that the right inflation pressure is automatically detected. It doesn't inflate too high and avoids uncomfortable measurements by making sure the cuff does not get too tight. The memory feature on the R2 means that you can store up to 30 measurements. A new feature for this wrist unit is the 'hypertension indicator', this symbol will be displayed on the LCD screen if the reading is above 135/85.

I bought this for my husband as he has been diagnosed with high blood pressure and is currently waiting for a small operation. This monitor seems to be quite accurate as the readings that he has had agree with the readings at the doctors. So he is able to keep a check on how his blood pressure is progressing

This item was purchased for my 85 year old mother who has trouble dealing with most gadgets. However, once shown how to use this monitor she mastered it very quickly and it gives her great peace of mind to be able to check on her well-being. It is excellent value and is very easy to use.

This product became inoperative within four days of purchase. I checked with the manufactuer who advised me to retun it. They did offer to send a replacement, which I declined.
