A great product for counting steps and kilometers very accurately. However it does NOT count calories very accurately. I walk btwn 15 and 20,000 steps per day and the calories burned are alot lower than other websites that I googled suggest. Additionally I like the aerobic feature which tells you of your 20,000 steps how many of them were actually aerobically continuous and indicates the time in minutes that it took to walk them. So you can check that your aerobic steps are quick enough and you are doing 20 mins per mile. Unfortunately if you do alot of street walking where you are always stopping at roads and traffic lights etc the aerobic feature is affected because you have to walk quite alot of steps before the aerobic feature kicks in again and starts counting again.
Overall this is an excellent product where you can make sure that you maintain a good average step count. Very good value for money.
