Have bad shoulder pain and this is the fourth device I have tried, including lloyds pharmacy... in my view this is far stronger than the others and the treatment lasts longer. Having said this the settings are fully adjustable and the system offers anything from the gentlest to the very strongest treatment (which is too much for me to take). It's quite expensive but in this case you do get what you pay for... also as far as I know the pads provided are the only ones that are washable (under the tap...cold water only) and are very long life. Pads on the other machines I tried after a while come loose and are reasonably expensive to replace. Omron E4 you are simlply the best!!

It works fine and is relatively simple to understand.
It was delivered on time also, error free.
I would prefer if the pads would stick better to ones skin, otherwise it seems fine.

i suffer from two slipped discs, in the summer i have no problem i can swim every day, in the winter this machine brought great relief, i have other omeron products and wont hesitate to use them for further purchase, it does what it says on the box
