Product Description
This one-a-day capsule provides high levels of omega 3 essential fatty acids in a convenient daily form to help boost dietary levels. Omega 3 fatty acids trigger the production of prostaglandins, which have an anti-inflammatory effect within the body. For this reason essential fatty acids play an integral role in the prevention and repair of inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and psoriasis amongst others. There is now compelling evidence to suggest a recommended intake of up to1000mg per day being the optimum, especially for those with cardiovascular concerns. Each capsule contains 1,000mg pure fish oils, providing 120mg DHA and 180mg is EPA, especially noted for its benefits in maintaining heart health. This high quality fish oil is also purified to remove all toxins.

Why spend more on a fancy packaged Holland and Holland product when this is exactly the same for less. Fast delivery, I received mine within 3 days of order and does the job perfectly.

You can't go wrong with these fish oil capsules. They are your standard 1000mg caps.
I take at least 3 daily and recommend everyone (excluding those with certain conditions*) to take them unless you eat oily fish every day. The benefits of Omega 3 fatty acids are well documented!
I have not noticed any fish aftertaste that some brands can produce.

Great quality and very cheap compared to most sellers. I ordered 360 capsules and I received 2 tubs, each containing 180 capsules.

Very effective for pain relief.
Capsules are large but go down easily. They appear to be of a good quality. I would definitely buy again.
