After a lifetime of photography I have had my fingers burnt several times trying to get good results from cheapo converters and gadgets. I was therefore very sceptical of the WCONPO1. As a fan of wide angle shots, I would love the Olympus 12mm lens for my EPL3, but the price is out of my league. Eventually I saw a WCON ex-display and took the plunge. Blow me down, it produces excellent results as long as you stop down one stop from max on the kit lens. Yes if you pixel peep at 100% you may spot a trace of softness at the extreme corners, but for any size print, or at full screen on a decent monitor , I can see no difference in quality whatsoever. You may of course have to correct the barrel distortion a tad in your editing software, depending on how fussy you are.
A fantastic buy, don't be put off by gear snobs(unfortunately this includes most people that populate on-line forums and camera clubs.)
TIP: Make sure you have the Mk2 kit lens with the bayonet adapter.
