My wife has had this little Olympus Mju camera case for years, until my daughter lost it recently. The replacement arrived from Terrbok UK and cost under a tenner [and was clearly the Olympus official Mju case]. The soft leather black case is beautifully made with a full lining and small pocket at the inside rear of the case that can hold a spare Li-42B battery, perhaps two, and a spare xD card. Check with Olympus on-line for the size of your camera as the larger Mju cameras might not fit - i.e. the case is probably a bit small for the Mju 9000 at 96 x 60 x 31 mm, so this case is better suited for the smaller Mju cameras [e.g. it will snugly hold the likes of the u7040 at 94.5 x 55.5 x 25.9 mm]. The case was perfect for our similarly sized old u740 camera, as it offers decent protection from scratches and minor knocks and importantly has little effect on the camera's portability as the case is little larger than the camera itself - so the camera and case can still easily fit into the handbag or pocket.
There's a little loop on the left side of the case to attach the camera strap to keep the case and camera together when in use [a popper releases the camera if wanted]. The case lid is held on by a positive magnetic catch [that can take a moment to interlock, but works well to keep the lid on]. The rear of the case has a small belt loop to feed a belt through and attach the case to the hip or possibly a shoulder strap. The case works perfectly, looks and feels great, has excellent build quality, and is quite hardwearing in normal use. The battery/Xd card storage area works fine for one spare Li-42B battery and xD card [more than enough for most days shooting]. Plus we got it for a bargain price from Amazon resellers, so easily 5*. Pretty much an essential purchase for a suitable Olympus Mju camera, shame it wasn't included with our Mju 740 camera in the first place though.
