Bought this as a housewarming present. Have been told it looks fantastic in their brand new kitchen. A little bit more expensive than the basic models but has a bit more class!

I ordered the spice rack from this company with the dispatch guarentee of 2-3 days. I waited 10 days and it still was not dispatched so i contacted the seller and a week later they replied to say the order had been cancelled due to "shipping problems". I have been offered no compensation for the inconvenience. The product is still being advertised and "in stock" even though they have just told me it is not available. Very, very poor service.
