As a big fan of Boys Noize and his album "Oi Oi Oi", I had to listen to this remix CD!

Anyone who loved Oi Oi Oi should try this. The remixes themselves don't sound much like the originals at all, but this doesn't matter. There is great variety here with remixes from A-Trak, Proxy, Apparat... all great artists on their own as well.

My pick of the tracklisting would be the Aval Aval Mix of Lava Lava which is a fantastic version. Even though I bought it before this, it never loses its edge. Apparats mix of Shine Shine I think is much better than the original which got kind of repetitive, and the remix of Frau is awesome with more chilled out faded sounds than before.

So this remixed version of Oi Oi Oi is very impressive, however not essential listening. There is not one song that stands apart from the others, its more the brilliant electronic sounds overall.
