came in good quality and was posted very quickly. however the actual book isnt a great read... too much detail of things we do not need to know, and not very well writen

an excellent read very honest and open with no punches pulled, you almost feel as if you are sitting talking to her in person, I now know the Carol you see on Loose Women is the just the way she really is, straight honest and says what she means.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Carol hasn't led a charmed life but she's had some good career breaks and has made the best of every opportunity. In this book we see the knocks that she suffers along the way and one can only admire her endurance during the disastrous first marriage. Most of us wouldn't even have gone there in the first place! We see lots of humour and some sadness from Carol but she speaks from the heart particularly about her mother's battle with cancer. I couldn't put this book down. Oh Carol! Well done girl!

A good read & good laugh
I enjoyed this book, well written, and a very good insight into Ms McGriffin life so far. She certainly had a good time and seen many parts of the world, as well.

Unique and funny
Carol's life isn't quite as full of tragedy & scandal as some of her fellow Loose Womens' lives, but that doesn't make her autobiography any less interesting. Read more
