The disks offered a very basic look at all the packages, I was particularly interested in the disk for Excel but this only offered to show me features I can already use including, opening, saving, copy & paste and inserting/deleting rows.
I feel that this is where online shopping falls down, It is a shame that the online listing didn't contain more information on what the disks covered, it's a great package if you are looking for basic information but anything more details covering formulas and vlookups didn't seem to be covered.
I now feel that I have wasted the cost of the delivery to me and the delivery to return it.
**I would like to note that the information was taken from the back of the box and I choose not open the box to investigate further as I decided to return the product.

This is a good software tool for learning touse the microsoft office effectively in work and home life. For beginners and those who need to brush up their skills, and have got a few hours a week to spare, this can be usefull and helpfull!
