Pleased with overall look of this but could not get any signal with just its own aerial. Purchased another aerial but still not good.
Purchased this Slim 7 rechargeable TV to replace an old analogue casio TV. It arrived between the two switchover dates for London to go digital, and was well packaged and simple to set up. Initially set up on my main ariel it found about 100+ channels first time !
The small arial it came with is basic but I could still use it on the first floor of my house near the window. After full Digital switchover I attach the magnetic ariel to a metal hole punch and put it on the window sill. I can receive 95% of all digital channels this way.ie without an arial amplifier ! Bought a folding amplified arial from Maplins and I can get all channels without any break up or pixellation. Sound is a bit tinny but set is quite slim, and on really good headphones sounds very good in stereo. I like the proper 75 ohm arial socket, and the good connections, the remote is very neat and works well. Picture quality very good. Can even get the set to work well on the ground floor on one side of the house (nearest crystal palace transmitter side), so should work in my garden too. Nicely made, good instructions, delivery was efficient. To be honest, thought I might have reception problems with the set, but it has exceeded my expectations. The digital signal boost at the transmitters helps a great deal, since switchover.

I reviewed this item a short time ago. My main complaint was very late delivery when the item was required for a birthday present.
