The only thing i've found to work, powders sprays, all useless. The only prob with these is they last about six months.. then you'll need a new pair, but they're cheap and worth it.

I've only been using these for 1 week, but I'm amazed at how effective they are for a small cost!
Typically my shoes have started to smell horrid after just a few hours, and have required a large amount of spray and a few hours drying time to get rid of. Now with these, despite wearing all day long, my shoes are still fresh at the end.

If you have a proplem with ferocious foot odour (as do my trainers after a while), then these are the thing for you.
They are vary good at killing horrendous foot odour, and come in one size fits all; you just simply cut the insole along the guidlines according to foot size.
