After my initial review I am forced to eat my words! I had originally said that I felt this was "too young" for my 3 year old, but I can honestly say this is one of his most enjoyable books. He loves it, and after reading it with him I realised that he is old enough to understand the word play in the book - if he was younger he may not have done i.e. "Goldiloctopus" It is colourful, clever, well put together and almost in the league of "Haunted House". In fact it is so good I bought one as a present for a friends 3 year old too. Highly recommended.

My 16 month year old daughter absolutely loves this book as she did Elephant Wellephant before it. She is a bit prone to pulling bits off but this doesn't seem to lessen her enjoyment. An absolute winner

Chock-a-blocktopus with quality pictures. Will keep you laughing on many re-reads. Recommended for children and childish adults. Not great for practising the english language.

Love Sharratt!!
Bought many of nick sharratts books, they like this are bright very funny read time and time again, my lads love it, you can't go wrong with a sharratt book!

great fun
I first borrowed this book from the local library but my 2 and 4 year olds now want their own copy. They find it really fun and don't seem to get bored of this book!
