The Octonauts follows a team of adventure heroes who dive right into action whenever there is trouble under the sea. In a fleet of amazing aquatic vehicles, the Octonauts explore incredible new underwater worlds, rescue wonderful sea creatures, and often save the day before returning safely home to the Octopod. Under the leadership of Captain Barnacles Bear, closely flanked by Lieutenant Kwazii Cat and Medic Peso Penguin, the Octonauts are always ready to embark on an exciting new mission! The Octonauts and the Decorator Crab When an important object goes missing from their ship, the Octonauts decide stake out the thief. There's lots of tension and a whodunnit feel as more and more pieces of Octokit go missing! The unlikely culprit is finally exposed as a decorator crab, salvaging the crew's things to cover his shell.

my son loves the octonauts and absolutely loves these books, fun to read and they teach lots of interesting facts about under the sea, great for any octonauts fan!

This book was delivered in perfect condition and was a fabulous present for my sons. They love it. The story is one that is also on television and they follow along in the book. There are also extra activities. Great value for money.

My daughter who is four is a big fan of the Octonauts books and TV series and lets be honest so am I. These new books by Simon and Schuster are stories based on episodes of the TV series so not totally original like the books by Meomi. The Meomi books are beutifully illustrated, funny and well written. These TV spin off books are not as well illustrated lack humour and are shorter in length. There are facts about the creature at the end of the story which is a nice touch.
My daughter still enjoyed the story but I just feel the magic has left the books and its more of a cash in on a successful idea. My view would be buy the Meomi books and watch the TV series.

Great book, just like the programme with extra bits!
My 3 year old Octonauts fan loves this story on TV & in this book. She enjoys naming all the character at the beginning of the book & "reading" the captains log at the end.
