I'm currently at University, and studying an ICT course, one of the modules being Object Oriented Modelling & Design. This book was recommended by the lecturer, and it is a really helpful addition for the course material! Very in-depth explanations and plenty of diagrams to aid your learning. You won't find a cheaper price then on Amazon either!

I expected more design guidance and the authors draw on modern sw and system architectural knowledge and talk about when and how to apply it (what patterns to choose where and why ) in certain situations - this book was a costly mistake IMHO.
