This book is short but it is surprisingly good if you like other books of this genre. If you are interested in the role playing game Dungeons and Dragons it is probably going to seem even better. Based on the world of Greyhawk, from the popular rpg, it draws on many of the more subtle aspects of the game. However, readers who are completely new to this world or to the game itself would not need any introduction to understand the story. Anyone seeking to find similar books to more popular titles from the fantasy genre, such as Harry Potter, might be disappointed because this book is fairly short and simplistic at times. However, it is a fun read with adventure as well as comedy tied into the plot. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading books from the fantasy genre.
