Made of perforated stainless steel, the Splatter Screen keeps grease contained when you fry bacon, sausages, potatoes and more. The Screen fits frying pans up to thirteen inches wide and two concentric rings centre and secure the Screen on pans. The soft, comfortable handle folds down for compact storage and the slight arch in the screen keeps oil and grease away from surfaces when resting on countertops. A raised surface on the Screen provides clearance for pot handles, allowing the screen handle to rest directly over the pan handle.

As other reviews state I think the holes are too big and fat/oil still gets through. The handle securing point doesn't feel too solid and feels like it could easily break. You could buy several cheaper mesh ones over the years for the price of this one.

I have had other splatter guards in the past which were only a fraction of the price of this one. However, this one is large enough to cover most pans, has the added bonus of a handle that fits snugly over the pan handle and most importantly there was no signs of any splatter escaping from the pan. This product is easy to clean and helpfully the handle folds away which also makes it easy to store. That said, it doesn't get five stars from me, because I think that it is a little on the expensive side.

fits over even my biggest skillet.
very easy to clean.
folds up at the handle- great for storage.
looks good.
seems well made. expect this to last for a good few years.
would definitely replace with the same item again.

bit too expensive.
will let oil spit unless you slap a piece of kitchen paper over it which i have had to do for every one of these things i have ever used anyway

splatter guard
Although the handle is easy to hold the screen is heavy and cumbersome in use. It has discoloured after approx 6 uses/washings.
Serves the purpose - would not repeat buy.
