This set uses the press stud closure as shown in the second picture of the blue set and is not the purely folded variety as shown in the first picture. Unfortunately I think the original design is better and packs flatter then the newer stud closure system. :(

I gave these dishes away as a gift. The were drawing a lot of attention at the birthday party since we also used them for the buffet. They're keeping all the promises they're making: Light, easy to pack, easy to clean and durable (till now) and I also like that they are a lot of fun!!
