An excellent product received by mail the day following date of order - great service. The filter is identical to products available at a much greater cost elsewhere.

My water filter that i ordered around early june 2010 has worked perfectly till present, no problems whatsoever, and now i'm going to order a new one. And this time it's like £2 cheaper :p

Didn't recieve original water filter as described on the website and filter discharges water without the dispenser button been pressed. Not happy with the product.
