The PRO LOOP STRAP combines all the same features of the PRO STRAP with a unique connection system for especially tight connection points. The strap loops through the connection area to form a slip knot which "falls" away freely from the camera when in use. This strap is just what I needed for lugging my D700 + battery pack + heavy lens around my neck. It's got a nice, wide strap with rubberised dots on the reverse of it, so it stays put and doesn't slip around on your neck, or slip off your shoulder, if that's where you're carrying it. The loops which fasten to the camera are very robust, and it's finished extremely well. The neck piece is slightly elastic, and gives slightly when you walk, which will give the camera a more cushioned ride while taking some of the jarring out of your neck & shoulder. Highly recommended. Can be fitted (or removed) in seconds, and the main shoulder piece can be detached from the eye loops on the camera easily in case you need to squeeze it all into a small camera bag and don;t want the shoulder strap jammed in there with it.

The strap arrived on time, well packed, and at a good price.
I found that the strap that was supplied with my D300 camera was unconfortable when the camera was fitted with the f2.8. 17 - 55mm lens. This strap has a wide padded section, and is made of a stretchable material, which damps out most of the shock caused by the weight of the camera bouncing about. The shoulder area has a non-slip section, which helps keep the strap in place. I am very pleased with the product.

MY CANON 1DS WITH 70-200MM L LENS AND SPEEDLIGHT WEIGHS A FEW KILOS,I WAS GETING A SORE NECK FROM USING IT WITH THE CANON STRAP.
I TRIED KATA"S STRAP WHICH WAS'NT REALLY MUCH BETTER,NEXT WAS LOWEPRO WHICH WAS OK,BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THE OPTECH AND TRY,I WAS GLAD I DID.
ITS VERY HELPFUL,THE "WEIGHT REDUCTION SYSTEM" REALLY WORKS,IT JUST FEELS FAR MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THE OTHER STRAPS.I'M VERY HAPPY WITH IT,RECOMMENDED!!!

Bloody good
