Great jacket for the money. Although the product description says unpadded, the jacket is still really warm. The material is durable and the jacket is a really nice fit. Also love the extended cuffs which sit under your gloves. Awesome :)

Bought this jacket for my husband and he is very happy with it. The amazon price was also a great bargain. The design is smart and practical. We have been walking in the rain and it's 100% waterproof.

Does the job. I've used it for a week on the slopes. It's very lightweight and breaths with you so you feel good whether it's sunny or snowfall. You have to use some kind of fleece as a mid layer because jacket itself gives you protection from wind and water but little warmth. The jacket also has a lot of inside and outside pockets for every need. I would recommend it for an average skier/snowboarder. It is not the most extreme hard shell but stands for the usual needs. It fits rather loose with much space for fleece insulation. There's a graphic O'neil sign (big white O and N letters) at the left back side of the jacket that I didn't knew of before it arrived. You can barely see it at the pictures on the web (I also checked O'neil's site) as if someone would rather hide it from you. If you prefer it entirely black than it might be a problem along with a white zip and logo at the front side.
