I am glad I read the foreword, because inspite of the fact that this book is written as a "40-day guide, to be taken day by day" I will be the first to admit I did nothing of the kind - and that's ok! each day gives you a different aspect of character or emotion to focus on, and work with during that day, but I confess, I graze and dip!There are so many highlighted lines in it, I daren't give it to anyone else, because all they'll see is bright orange text! But it has been tremendously helpful and uplifting. If I'm angry, I'll go to the section on anger. if I'm upset sad or lonely, I'll go to the relevant sections. There's always something there which will help. Iyanla - and authors like her - should be thanked for doing all this hard work and putting all their work into print. Some of us would still be hopelessly lost without them.
