I believe the product is a good one, but it fails all portions of the install process. The only reason I can think of is win98 and the fat32 conversion aren't compatible with SmartLabs.
I got this CD-ROM tutorial for business purposes, to better understand (a) how to use OLE and MFC together, and (b) how to do this in Micrososft's Visual C++ IDE. In both cases, my expectations were met or exceeded. A particularly useful aspect of this tutorial was the pretest/test/posttest mechanism, which allowed me to repeat areas I found unclear. The five or so problems I encountered due to using a later level of the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler were relatively minor, and have been addressed on the publisher's web page.

The software doesn't install on win 98 with fat-32 conversio
